It is about information given also according to the provisions described in art. 13 of the Legislative Decree nr 196/2003 - Law regarding processing of personal data.
Personal and fiscal data acquired directly and/or through third parties by the Ge.Ma.Ta. SpA company, Via Postale Vecchia, 77, 36070 Trissino (VI), data controller of the data, are subjected to informational, computerised or manual processing, due to contractual or law requirements, in order to allow an efficient handling of business relations, for the purpose of safeguarding credit and for a better management of our rights regarding individual business relation, as well as for managing an efficient quality assurance system.
Failure to supply the above mentioned data, except where is not obligatory, will be assessed each time by the data controlling company and which will decide on the consequent decision based on the importance of the data requested with respect to the managing of the business relation.
The data may be communicated in Italy and/or abroad, exclusively for the above indicated purposes and, consequently, processed only for those purposes by other subjects, to:
- professionals, companies, consortiums, associations, public and private institutions and any other category of subjects with whom the Ge.Ma.Ta. SpA company maintains business relations;
- professionals, companies, consortiums, associations, public and private institutions and any other category of subjects with whom the Ge.Ma.Ta. SpA company maintains relations connected to operations of payment, credit collection, managing contractual risk and any other credit, financial or banking activities;
- professionals, companies, consortiums, associations, public and private institutions and any other category of subjects to whom the law recognises the right of access to information and processed in compliance with the above indicated purposes.
Any additional communication or circulation of data will be done only prior explicit written and signed consent by the concerned party.
The data subject matter are processed by the business, marketing, administrative, technical and production personnel appointed in carrying out the activities regarding the above mentioned purposes.
The concerned parties may enforce their rights as expressed by art. 7 of the Legislative Decree nr 196/2003 (among which the rights of access, amendment, updating and objection to the data processing and their cancellation).
